Council of Europe – The EU-Council of Europe Program “Promoting Education in Human Rights and Democratic Citizenship in the Eastern Partnership Countries” is a regional project for the Eastern Partnership countries. The program promotes the exchange of experiences among partner countries, covering both formal and non-formal education in the Eastern Partnership countries. The program’s goal is to support the integration and further development of education for democratic citizenship and human rights education within national education systems (including school curricula) in the Eastern Partnership countries. Participating countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

The “Ukrainian-American Association of College Educators” is a nonprofit organization operating in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Public Associations,” other Ukrainian legislation, and its Bylaws.

The Association is a voluntary organization of citizens of Ukraine and other countries, established on the basis of professional affiliation and bringing together representatives of the education profession—faculty members and administrators of institutions of higher education, researchers, public figures, and others.

The association’s objectives are to establish, develop, and maintain direct international contacts and ties; to exchange expertise and cooperate with international organizations engaged in similar activities; to organize conferences, seminars, and other events; to facilitate exchanges of delegations of young people, scientists, researchers, educators, and specialists in various fields of knowledge; and to adopt and implement the Association’s projects and programs both within Ukraine and abroad.

The International Association of Universities—founded in 1950—brings together institutions of higher professional education in 150 countries and collaborates with various international, regional, and national bodies.

The association’s activities are based on the fundamental right of every individual to receive an education. The association’s goals are to protect universal cultural values and legal principles in the field of higher education, to create a flexible legal framework governing relations between educational institutions worldwide, and to represent and defend the interests of universities on the global stage.

The International Association of Universities is the largest forum of its kind, serving as a platform for regular discussions on the achievements, challenges, and prospects of higher education, as well as for the exchange of professional experience. The Association’s practical activities include organizing regular thematic conferences and symposia, as well as researching issues related to the challenges and trends in the development of higher education, in collaboration with international organizations.

OeAD – Österreichischer Austauschdienst (Austrian Academic Exchange Service). The OeAD office at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv is a branch of “OeAD-GmbH” in Vienna. “OeAD-GmbH” is the central service center for European and international academic mobility and cooperation. The OeAD advises researchers and higher education institutions, promotes international academic exchange, and provides information about educational and research institutions in Austria.
