OECD – A Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Ukraine and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on deepening cooperation has been in effect since October 7, 2014, specifically regarding: assessing the effectiveness of the education system according to international criteria (e.g., PISA); providing advice on improving education policy in priority areas; providing access to relevant international research and monitoring to ensure informed national reforms; and enhancing the national dialogue on education policy.
