OECD – Since October 7, 2014, a Memorandum of Understanding has been in effect between the Government of Ukraine and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development regarding the deepening of cooperation, namely: assessing the effectiveness of the education system according to international criteria (e.g., PISA); providing advice on improving education policy in priority areas; providing access to relevant international research and monitoring to ensure informed national reforms; and enhancing national dialogue on education policy.
