Also, as part of the Scenario Lab creative platform and at the initiative of the Chair of the Academic Council of ZUNU, Professor Andrii Krysovatyi, a foresight session titled \u201cQuantum Finance: Decision-Making in a World of Multiple Scenarios,\u201d during which researchers modeled multi-variant economic forecasts for Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">As part of the discussion platform \u201cFinancial Instruments for Sustainable Wartime and Postwar Economic Development,\u201d an expert discussion was held on the current challenges and prospects for shaping Ukraine\u2019s effective financial policy amid the war and postwar recovery. The event brought together leading scholars, experts, and representatives of the academic community to exchange views on contemporary mechanisms for ensuring the country\u2019s economic stability. The keynote speaker was Tetyana Yefimenko, Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, and President of the State National University \u201cAcademy of Financial Management,\u201d who focused on the conceptual foundations of financial regulation amid geopolitical shifts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The discussion was joined by the vice speakers\u2014Yuriy Ivanov, Ph.D. in Economics, professor, and chief research fellow at the Research Center for Industrial Development Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as an expert analyst at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (Netherlands); as well as Lyudmyla Lovinska, Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, Head of the Mykola Chumachenko Department of Tax Management and Financial Monitoring at the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, who presented a report on the effective management of state assets as a prerequisite for post-war recovery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Professor Andriy Buryachenko and Associate Professor Pavlo Logvinov presented a strategic overview of the use of EU structural funds through 2034, focusing on the prospects for Ukraine\u2019s integration into the European financial space and mechanisms for the effective use of European Union resources for the country\u2019s post-war development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The audience showed considerable interest in the presentation by Vladislav Grabovoy, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Rivne Region and Candidate of Economic Sciences, which focused on current issues related to the implementation of tax compliance in the management of state-owned enterprises. The speaker emphasized the importance of transparent tax control mechanisms and the development of a modern model of interaction between the state and the business sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Zhanna Dryga, Ph.D. in Economics and professor at Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, presented a paper titled \u201cInternational Experience in the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Government and Financial Institutions.\u201d In her presentation, the researcher analyzed current global practices for implementing AI technologies in the public sector and financial institutions, focusing on the digitization of management processes, the automation of financial services, improving the efficiency of analytical systems, and strengthening financial security in the context of global digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">In her presentation, Maria Bondarchuk, Ph.D. in Economics and Professor, Head of the Department of Finance at Lviv Polytechnic National University, presented a comprehensive vision of the architecture of the state\u2019s financial stability in times of crisis. The researcher scientifically demonstrated that integrated business structures should become the main driver and catalyst for the effective post-war reconstruction of the national economy. Her presentation focused particularly on the creation of sustainable and flexible financial models for cooperation among large associations of economic entities to ensure the country\u2019s macroeconomic stability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Fedir Tkachyk, Doctor of Economics and professor in the S. I. Yuriy Department of Finance at the Western Ukrainian National University, presented an in-depth analysis of the topic \u201cGlobal Trends in the Financial Support of Local Communities\u2019 Development in the Context of Ukraine\u2019s Recovery Vision.\u201d The researcher focused on adapting leading global practices and international financial instruments to strengthen the fiscal capacity of Ukrainian communities and municipalities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">The presentation titled \u201cThe Development of Industrial Parks in Ukraine: The Customs Aspect,\u201d delivered by Vadym Borsa, Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at Odessa National Economic University and Doctor of Philosophy, focused on current issues in customs regulation, fiscal incentives and preferences applied during the establishment and operation of industrial parks in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">In addition, as part of the Forum, a discussion panel titled \u201cInnovative FinTech in Digital Transformation: Vision 2035,\u201d which included Session 2, dedicated to current trends in the development of financial technologies, the digitalization of the economy, and the application of artificial intelligence in the financial sector. The event was moderated by Anatoliy Huley\u2014Doctor of Economics, professor, and deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC \u201cNPC \u201cUkrenergo,\u201d Kyiv\u2014and Serhiy Lekar \u2014 Doctor of Law, Professor in the Department of Tax Administration at the State Tax University, Irpin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Participants in the discussion forum presented a series of topical presentations:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u201cTaxation of Cryptocurrencies: Global Experience and Prospects for Ukraine\u201d \u2014 Nataliia Syniutka, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor, Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u201cChallenges and Threats to Financial Security Amid the Development of the FinTech Industry\u201d \u2014 Oleksandra Vasylchyshyn, Ph.D. in Economics, Professor in the Department of Security and Law Enforcement at the Western Ukrainian National University, Ternopil;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u201cArtificial Intelligence in Financing the Green Transition and Attracting Investment for Ukraine\u2019s Postwar Reconstruction\u201d \u2014 Roman Zvarych, Ph.D. in Economics, Professor, Chair of the Department of International Economic Relations at the Western Ukrainian National University, Ternopil;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u201cThe Digital Transformation of Household Investment Behavior: The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Robo-Advisory Systems\u201d \u2014 Yaroslav Kulynich, Ph.D. candidate at the Western Ukrainian National University, Ternopil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Forum participants discussed the prospects for the development of the FinTech industry, digital currencies, and the use of AI technologies in the financial sector, as well as the challenges facing financial security and the innovative development of Ukraine\u2019s economy. The discussion platforms served as an important venue for exchanging scientific and practical ideas, fostering professional dialogue, and shaping a modern vision for the digital transformation of the financial system.
